Pravin Kumar, a native of Jehanabad, Bihar, is a socially active businessman and global community leader who strongly believes in Bihar’s identity, development, and self-respect (Bihar Asmita).

He completed his 10th education from High School Bharthu, Jehanabad, followed by Intermediate studies from Patna University. He later pursued Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. With a strong academic background and a clear vision for the future, Pravin Kumar moved to Australia nearly two decades ago as an international student.

Today, he is a well-known tech businessman  in Australia, serving as the Managing Director of NIAD Group. The NIAD Group operates across multiple sectors, including Information Technology (IT), FMCG, Green Energy, Agriculture, and Government Consulting, with operations in Australia, Singapore, South Africa, New Zealand, and India.

Despite his global success, Pravin Kumar has remained deeply connected to his roots. He firmly believes that migration is not a problem. According to him, “There is more migration from Gujarat than Bihar. Yet Gujarat is developed because Gujaratis never forget their land, language, and identity. We Biharis must do the same.” He believes that returning with skills, investment, and commitment is the key to Bihar’s development.

Pravin Kumar currently serves as the Global President of the Bihar International Trade Organization (BITO). BITO is a global platform dedicated to promoting economic growth, cultural preservation, and international engagement for Bihar.

The organization connects Biharis across India and around the world, ensuring that Bihar’s contributions are recognized, respected, and celebrated globally. BITO’s mission is to build an “Atma Nirbhar Bihar” through collaboration, trade, investment, and cultural unity.

The Chief Patron of BITO is Union Minister Chirag Paswan, reflecting the organization’s strong national-level engagement and forward-looking vision.
